La cucina è eccellente: piatti preparati con ingredienti freschi, ben presentati e con un equilibrio di sapori davvero notevole. Ho assaggiato sia i piatti della tradizione (amatriciana, cacio e pepe con spaghetti alla chitarra, ecc.) che alcune proposte più originali, e in entrambi i casi ho trovato gusto e cura nei dettagli. Menzione speciale alla pizza e ai supplì, che gusto molto (il mio preferito è quello alla 'Nduja... buonissimo!) e davvero tra i migliori mai provati a Roma. L’ambiente è caldo e accogliente, curato senza risultare freddo o eccessivamente formale. È il tipo di posto dove ci si sente subito a proprio agio, sia per un pranzo veloce che per una cena rilassata dopo il lavoro. Il personale è gentilissimo, disponibile e attento, ma mai invadente. Si percepisce la passione e la professionalità con cui viene gestito il locale. In più, è gestito da ragazzi giovani, e questo aggiunge una nota di freschezza e dinamismo che fa davvero piacere vedere. C'è entusiasmo, energia positiva e voglia di fare bene! Infine, la posizione è comoda e perfetta anche per chi è di passaggio o vuole fare una pausa durante la giornata. In conclusione, consiglio vivamente Gusto 95: è uno di quei ristoranti da ricordare, per la qualità del cibo, per l’ambiente e per la cortesia del personale. Non posso che raccomandarlo e tornarci con piacere.

Gusto 95 è uno di quei posti che ti fa venire voglia di tornare. Consigliatissimo per una cena piacevole, sia in compagnia che in coppia. È molto carino anche per un’apericena, grazie alle proposte sfiziose e all’ambiente curato. Una vera scoperta!

Sempre una garanzia per un'ottima pizza alla romana. Ottimo anche il tiramisù fatto in casa, per non parlare dei supplì, forse i migliori che ho mangiato a Roma. Il locale è gestito da ragazzi giovanissimi, bravissimi e gentilissimi. Torneremo presto!

Il mio Bistrot preferito. A pranzo praticamente due tre volte a settimana. Ambiente familiare e professionale Mirko Valerio Luigi tutti pronti a far star bene gli affamati e poi la pizza e che pizza il buon Sergio il mio preferito. Tranquilli un luogo ideale.

Ci vado spesso per la pausa pranzo. I ragazzi che gestiscono il locale sono molto cortesi. Trovo il rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono. La pizza ed i primi molto buoni (é quello che prendo di solito).
